Gregory Lettieri

As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Gregory Lettieri brings more than 10 years of technology product development, product delivery, and executive management experience to RTS. Greg was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where he specialized in innovating and launching applications to support the Bank’s Global Banking and Markets group. Prior to Bank of America, he was Director of Sales at Pacnet based out of Hong Kong where he led eastern United States and European operations.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and was a member of the Syracuse Track and Field Team competing in the 100 and 200 Meters. He is also a producer on the musical sound tracks for NBC’s Peter Pan Live and The Wiz Live.

Adam Pasquale

Adam Pasquale, Co-Founder and COO, has over 20 years of New York City waste management experience. His family has been working in the New York City waste industry for nearly a century, with plenty of knowledge of best practices for implementing recycling programs attempting zero waste. In 1998, Adam took ownership of his family’s trash hauling and recycling businesses, Ideal Sanitation Service & Sam Pasquale Carting. In 2005 Adam sold the businesses to one of the largest waste and recycling companies in the tri-state area and successfully led the company to expand its fleet from just 40 trucks to over 400.

Adam earned a degree in Finance from George Washington University. He likes to spend his free time snowboarding and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Sandeep Sankarankutty

Sandeep Sankarankutty, Director of Operations, started his career at The Bank of New York and Merrill Lynch, where he was able to establish himself as an operational leader through his understanding of business needs, technology and collaboration. He has translated this skill set to the startup community where he involved himself in numerous businesses to assist founders in navigating the challenges of creating a successful product. At RTS he is heading finance and leading the creation of scalable systems for invoicing, payments, and risk management.

Sandeep earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Wagner College. He can be seen on weekends strolling through the Farmers Market in Park Slope, enjoying a cup of freshly brewed coffee.

Amy Marpman, Director of Sustainability, brings nearly a decade of expertise in recycling and waste management services. Prior to RTS, Amy served as COO for Great Forest Inc., a company that developed sustainability solutions to clients nationwide, ranging from Fortune 500 businesses to educational institutions, hotels, retailers and property management companies. While there she managed the waste brokerage division and developed key services including comprehensive waste audits, waste metrics verification, and recycling program standardization across portfolios. She has been an advisor on commercial solid waste issues for New York City and is on Urban Green’s monthly programs committee.

Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Western Washington University and a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs from The New School. Originally from Seattle, she enjoys good coffee, craft brews, and karaoke.

Alan Shirfan

Alan Shirfan, Director of Data Analytics, focuses on the development of the back-end algorithms for diversion reporting, routing, and pricing. He also designs the systems to collect, process, and make use of the large amount of data RTS collects. Previously, he worked at Cater2.me as a Finance Manager and Sales Analyst where he used customer data sets to create algorithms and price models.

After graduating from Boston College with a Mathematics degree, Alan received his Master’s degree in Economics from Oxford University where he concentrated in Game Theory, Microeconomic Theory, and Economics of Industry. He is a video game enthusiast, including role-playing and real-time strategy games, and he played on his college bridge team.

Lorraine Lettieri

Lorraine Lettieri, Vice President of Global Sales, is focused on building our sales organization, establishing new markets and promoting brand awareness. As the former President of the Americas for GCX, a division of Reliance Telecom, Lorraine was responsible for driving the company's business strategy across the United States including wholesale and enterprise markets. Lorraine has more than 25 years of telecom and technology experience in global sales management and business development. Prior to joining RTS, Lorraine had held executive roles at British Telecom, Level 3, and Sprint. Lorraine has a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University.

Lorraine serves on the Board of Directors for Lifestyles for the Disabled, the Staten Island Sports Hall of Fame and is President of SITRAC, the non-profit organization that worked with the City of New York to build the Ocean Breeze Indoor Athletic Complex.

Emil Mathew

Emil Mathew, Director of Finance, is responsible for the financial and accounting practices on our team. Prior to joining RTS, Emil worked for Bank of America as a Vice President of Finance. During his time at Bank of America, Emil’s team was responsible for managing a multi-billion dollar budget and supported transformation initiatives that lead to significant savings.

Emil has graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a minor in Business Management and Philosophy. He furthered his studies by earning a MBA in Business Management from PACE University. Emil is an avid runner, golfer, footballer and enjoys spending his spare time volunteering for nonprofit organizations that help low income individuals within the New York city community.

Sehmair Lloyd, Finance / Operations Manager, proceeded her career working in the Media Advertising Industry were she acquired 17 years of financial services. She worked at leading North America Ad Agencies including Zenith Media - Part of Publicis Group, Omnicom Group in New York City and Sudler and Hennessey - Part of WPP Group. While establishing herself, she managed client budgets and forecast reports for high profile accounts.

Sehmair earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting Degree at Berkeley College. In her spare time, Sehmair enjoys traveling with her family, attending food festivals, visiting museums and sightseeing.

Shannon Bergstrom

Shannon oversees logistical operations and client engagement. Prior to joining RTS, Shannon worked at Living Restoration, on a research team for hydroponic systems, which is a way of growing food using mediums other than soil. While with Living Restoration she also developed a compost pilot program with local non-profits and businesses in the North Shore region of Staten Island. Shannon is LEED Green Associate accredited and is committed to helping our cities become more sustainable.

Shannon earned a degree in Environmental Science from SUNY Oneonta. She trains for half marathons and enjoys traveling and exploring cities around the world.

Jessica oversees logistical operations and client engagement for RTS. She brings with her government and for-profit operations experience. Focused on corporate social responsibility, she was the sustainability point person for The Waldorf Astoria New York prior to joining the RTS team, where she implemented and managed recycling initiatives, employee green trainings and sustainability reporting.

Jessica earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Metropolitan Studies from New York University. On the weekends you can find her laughing at a comedy club and searching for the best burritos in town.

Yvette McCann

Yvette McCann, Legal Research Analyst, brings a global perspective to RTS. Captivated and intrigued by the start-up sphere, Yvette is driven by the desire to help create a sustainable planet by reducing inefficiencies in our recycling system. Previously, she worked for a renowned Criminal Law Firm in Ireland for two years where she undertook a wide range of responsibilities and used her initiative in complex decision making matters.

Yvette earned an honors degree in Law from Griffith College Cork in Ireland and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from University College Cork. She was a member of both college’s debate teams. Yvette enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including running, horse-back riding, and playing soccer.

Arthur is the current Vice President - Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of SoulCycle Inc. He previously worked as Senior Vice President - Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Hudson Global, Inc., one the largest multi-national public company professional staffing firms. Arthur began his career working for over 9 years at KPMG LLP, a big four public accounting firm servicing large multi-national public companies as well as start-up organizations. Arthur received his BS in Accounting at Ithaca College and is a certified public accountant and chartered global management accountant in the State of New York.
